Description
Qualified individuals must have at least 2 - 4 years of experience in sourcing and hiring Technical Professionals. Responsibilities will include:
Identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and recruiting candidates through various sources and methodologies.
Proactively source active and passive Information Technology candidates utilizing advanced techniques (cold calling, referral generation, job boards).
Partner with our Business Development and Account Managers to fill priority consulting positions for Fortune 1000 companies.
Build and maintain a well-qualified pool of available candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Must be well versed in MS Office, and Human Resources.
Requires professional recruitment experience, PC/Technology Skills.
