Description
Great company has an immediate need for a Recruiter, duties will include, but not limmited to all aspects of the corporate recruitment process; works with managers to assess staffing needs and to match qualified candidates with open positions. Will serve as recruiting resource for assigned contracts and bids. Will manage resume database for specific programs and serve as recruiting POC for multiple, large IDIQ's. Will serve as the POC for all subs on these contracts and review resumes submitted for best fit for the proposed position. Duties: Sources, qualifies, and recruits candidates through Internet, job boards, job fairs, networking, employee referrals, and direct resume submittals; analyzes resumes; prescreens and qualifies candidates via phone or in person to evaluate their qualifications.
