Screener for Sales Candidates

Schedule interviews with Client's applicants/recruits for sales roles - applicants to be provided by recruiters.

Interview applicants/recruits working from a prescribed set of questions

Summarize interview results

Make recommendations based upon interviews, send recommendations to hiring team.

This person will be provided with a competency based interview screen. He/she will be responsible for evaluating candidate competencies based upon answers to questions.

The Screener will make a recommendation if the person interviewed should be interviewed in person by the Client's interview team for a sales role.
