Carmel based Intelex, Inc. seeks an enthusiastic self-starter with exceptional multi-tasking skills, prioritizing abilities and the uncanny talent to choose extraordinary employees.

This is NOT your typical human resources position. Applicant must have some technical/recruiting background. Position requires traveling to new and existing locations to interview, select and hire sales personnel. Must be willing to do what it takes (ethically) to get positions covered. While this is a salaried position, this is NOT your typical 8-5 position. Summer months require longer hours due to the volume of work.

Candidate must present strong communications skills, both written and verbal and have the ability to speak confidently to small groups of candidates. Must represent Intelex professionally and enthusiastically!

Requirements: Human resources degree or 2+ years experience, and at least 1 year recruiting experience.
