Description
Kaiser Permanente, partnering with Genesis10 Consulting, is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 3 month contract to hire position in Sacramento, CA.

Purpose is to support the overloaded Pharm Team in recruiting well Pharm and Pharm Techs. This position will do a lot of self sourcing. The right candidate will have had successful experience with Internet recruiting, especially for healthcare positions.

Top 5 daily responsibilities:
• Sourcing
• Phone screening
• Completion of on boarding paperwork
• Recruiting tasks as assigned
• Assisting the pharm recruiters as a backup recruiter

Top 3-4 required skills:
• Recruitment skills
• Healthcare knowledge (Highly Desired)
• Computer skills

Top 3-4 required soft-skills/personality characteristics:
• Team player
• Flexibility
• Professionalism

Qualifications: Recruit for Pharmacist and Pharm Techs for Kasier in NOCAL. Healthcare Experience highly desired. Full Cyle Recruitment experience required including onboarding paperwork preparation. Sourcing, excellent computer and communications skills essential. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well in a team environement necessary.
