The WIRELESS division of our client, is looking for a self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to immediately contribute to our business success. We are seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter with Fortune 500 experience. The Contract Technical Recruiter will create sourcing strategies to find qualified technical talent to submit to hiring managers.

Recruiter will use market knowledge to build pipelines utilizing various sources; will build relationships with managers and candidates; will deliver quality, diverse talent slates. Current experience recruiting mid to senior level Software Engineers, Architects, Technical Managers and Technical Project Managers is required. Ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally. Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management. Possess a wide range of experience and skills in technical or wireless recruiting, in and around Seattle. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, challenging work environment. Must be self directed but also recognize and be able to share knowledge with the larger client Talent Acquisition team. Must be able to follow set procedures and processes and report into a geographically dispersed organization.

Contract Recruiter Qualifications: BA/BS degree required. Minimum 5 years proven technical recruiting experience in a corporate environment (or similar experience), implementing a wide range of technical staffing strategies. Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work remotely for a larger talent acquisition team. Knowledge of EEO, ADA and employment laws. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands. Ideal candidate will possess high energy, be highly motivated and self directed. Experience with Brassring enterprise recruitment ATS a plus.
