Job Title: Recruiter

Reports To: Technical Recruiter

Key Interactions: HR Team (compensation, generalists, benefits), Connecticut Hiring Team

Position Overview:
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing and placing top talent within the AT corporate organization. This position is a key member of the Talent Resources team supporting the Connecticut office which includes IS HR and Finance. They will ensure that the candidate and client enjoy a ?best in class? experience throughout the recruiting process.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Source and evaluate candidates for presentation to hiring managers
  • Work as the liaison between candidates, hiring managers and human resources staff
  • Understand functional area hiring needs, position specifications, and parameters of search requirements
  • Build strong relationships with the various line and functional clients to ensure ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process
  • Participate in weekly update/strategy meetings with HR Generalists
  • Proactively research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
  • Maintain a strong network of contacts in retail industry and stay abreast of retail industry trends, development and changes
  • Integrates strategic thinking and perspective with immediate recruitment needs, instills recruitment discipline
  • Perform to established metrics used to measure productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Work effectively with external search partners (when applicable)



    Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor?s degree with 1-3 years of retail and college recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting for IS, HR and Finance positions
  • Experience with Gallup or other assessment instruments preferred
  • Must demonstrate sourcing and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and experience in recruitment concepts, practice and procedures necessary
  • High level of energy, creativity and independent thinking
  • Self-motivated and results driven with ability to communicate and influence effectively with client group and external candidates
  • Ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer-focused service
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Flexible/adaptable in a fast paced environment
  • Strong team orientation and ability to build collaborative working relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applicationsdf-tc
