Description
Primary responsibilities of position: Include, but are not limited to:
-Provide staffing support for designated business unit(s)/location(s)
-Establish recruiting requirements by studying org plans and objectives; Work with managers to discuss needs/create staffing strategy
-Source/recruit/screen candidates with tools and available resources; provide organization info, opportunities, and benefits; make presentations; build/maintain rapport
-Interview candidates via phone/in person; assess qualifications; make recommendations
-Support management in the selection and hiring process
-Assist in providing training and tools to support managers in effectively recruiting and selecting staff
-May lead or direct the work of others
-Provide general HR support and assistance as requested/required.

Qualifications: Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of recruitment/staffing experience, including at least 3 years technical recruitment. A technical background would be a definite plus! Outstanding communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as strong computer skills, including proficiency with one or more applicant tracking systems (Recruitmax, Recruitsoft, etc), MS Office and other relevant software applications/systems.df-tc
