Phenomenal opportunity for an experienced and accomplished IT sales recruiter with 3 or more years of successful recruiting experience in the high techology sales arena. Experience in any of the following sectors is a plus: Storage, Servers, Services, Software. Ideally is familiar with competency based interviewing. This individual will focus on sourcing and recruiting top IT sales talent to build our team. You may eventually assist in applicant tracking, account management with hiring managers, assist in negotiating of salaries. Nonetheless, the clear focus of this role is on sourcing, using the Internet, your experience and your network to identify top candidates. Taleo (Recruitsoft) experience preferred.
