Description
Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated is looking for a Contract Recruiter to fill a requirement at a customer site in Ann Arbor, MI. This is an assignment through January 2007 with the possibility of extension. CONTRACT RECRUITER This is an On Site full life cycle recruiting opportunity and the expected duration is a minimum of 3 months. Selected individual will be charged with staffing targeted positions supporting the US. Manage Full life cycle recruitment to include: 1. Enter Requisitions 2. Post positions (internal/external) 3. Source, review and distribute resumes 4. Phone-screen selected candidates 5. Attend de-brief meetings; manage offer process and confirm start dates 6. Manage Client Expectations 7. Manage relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders (introduce recruitment model etc.) 8. Projects and other duties as assigned. No 3rd Party Vendors.

Requirements:

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 5 years of corporate full life cycle recruiting experience required, preferably in a geographically decentralized, matrixed environment. Skilled in sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management. Proven ability to identify and source qualified candidates; proven understanding of recruiting and sourcing concepts; a proven track record making professional level placements; ability to support/interact with senior stakeholders; experience working with Microsoft Office; PeopleSoft experience preferred.df-tc
