Description
Minimum 5 years directly related experience supporting hiring managers and generating candidates. Strong account management experience required as is experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies. Cold calling experience required. Strong networking abilities. Candidate must have strong multi-tasking skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient with PC's and related applications, including spreadsheet, word processing, database, and Restrac experience desired. Flexibility to travel 10% of the time. Strong knowledge of technical recruiting tools, techniques and systems. Agency and Corporate or Sales recruiting experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates for hard to recruit Business Sales and Technical Sales positions. Represents Company to candidates as the employer of choice by "selling the company". Involved in college recruiting. Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to source and screen pre- qualified candidates for technical job openings. Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a highly qualified pool of candidates (i.e., PClick, Internet). Employ a variety of sourcing techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost effective manner (i.e., cold calling, internet, research firms). Comply with all regulatory/legal requirements and policies. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies. Collaborate with team members on networking, sourcing and selection strategies. Continuously improve expertise in the technical recruiting specialty for customers.
