Description
Looking for a Mid to Senior Level Recruiter to manage the recruiting process from candidate sourcing through identification, interviewing, selection, negotiation and close. Gather position requirements, review resumes and update candidate/position status. Coordinate the office visit interview process, including the distribution/collection of evaluation forms, collecting interviewer feedback, and communicating with candidates. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources including but not limited to personal network, job boards, user groups and other networking-related functions. Execute various recruiting plans. Interact with all levels of eXperient senior management, resource management, client managers and consultants/contractors.

Experience/Skills
3+ years of experience. Experience working with technologies including but not limited to: Enterprise-Wide applications (ERP, CRM), Object Oriented distributed and multi-threaded systems design, J2EE architecture, .Net, ASP, VB, Network and Systems Architecture, Database Design and Development. Excellent souring and closing skills; this includes ability to actively source candidates within varying technologies, business processes, etc. Entrepreneurial minded. Bachelors Degree

Other desired skills:
