Position Summary:

We are currently looking for experienced, Virtual Recruiters (Independent Recruiters) to work with us on a several project in various industries. You will identify top talent through various sourcing methods, review resumes, conduct telephone-screening interviews and submit candidates to our client. Candidates will be located in and around major metropolitan areas across the United States.

This is a virtual, team-based position and offers the flexibility of working from home.

The ideal candidate will have:

2 or more years recruiting experience,
Bi-lingual skills desired
Drive and motivation to succeed without supervision;
Ability to manage time appropriately;
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially verbal communication skills;
Sales experience is a plus;
Must be accountable for results!
