Experience recruiting Information Technology Professionals (ERP, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance professionals, Data Architects, Sr. Developers, etc.). Ideal candidates will have a history of working with sales to fill 2+ contract roles per month in a fast-paced recruiting environment. Experience/Skills
We look for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT Staffing and Consulting Services Industry.
- Agency recruiting experience (filling contract roles).
- Rookie of the Year potential (2+ placements/month).
- Desire to be #1 in the NC office and "President's Club" nationally.
- Sense of urgency and fast turn-around on requirements.
- Highly ethical professional.
