Description
Our client, a major leader in information technology is currently looking for a Recruiting Analyst to join their team in Plano, TX.

Job Responsibilities:

The Recruiting Analyst is a person who supports various recruiting activities and internal programs that involve the identification and processing of talent.

These programs include; recruiting support - providing assistance to the recruiters,help with a variety of applicant identification and processing efforts.

Assist with interview scheduling, the pre-hire process and various recruiting promotions. Assist on special projects as needed.

Interface with the pre-hire team on applicant status and resaerch issues as needed.

Support the candidate interview process, assist recruiters in scheduling candidates.

Participate in Sourcing projects as assigned,and assist in various applicant interview Open House and Diversity events.

Typically, the Analyst II supports the Corporate Recruiting function and customers in assigned area, such as Compensation or HRIT.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Required Skills:

Must have 4+ years of experience with recruiting.
