Description
Kaiser Permanente, partnering with Genesis10 Consulting, is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator for a 3 month contract with option to hire position Fremont, CA.

This is a junior position.

Recruitment Coordinator III - Supports an Expert Recruitment Consultant by acting as point-of-contact in the absence of the Recruiter to provide effective, proactive, responsive recruitment/workforce services to hiring managers, administrators, and candidates. IDs qualified applicants by sourcing and screening of candidates from region-wide applicant pool, websites, community agency relationships, events, etc. Pre-screens resumes and performs candidate phone screens based on established assessment and screening tools for targeted vacancies.
