DUTIES >> Will work in a fast paced, dynamic team to manage the full recruitment process (job posting, resume sourcing and screening, candidate scheduling, interviewing, reference checks, offer process). Candidates will be knowledgeable in selection and assessment, utilizing structured and behavioral interviewing processes. The position will utlize variou sourcing methods such as a recruiting database, the internet, job fairs, employee referrals and research to identify potential candidates. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expereience establishing a strong working relationship with hiring managers to meet their business needs, as well as have knowledge of other facets of employment such as diversity recruitment, immigration, relocation and affirmative action. SKILLS >> 5 + years recruiting experience in a corporate and/or retainer based executive environment (biotech/pharmaceutical experience a plus). Demonstrated experience working with internal clients at various levels or an organization. Demonstrated experience understanding the business needs of an internal client and doing full lifecycle recruiting. Demonstrated success in creative sourcing strategies, evaluating candidate skill sets and advocating hires for only the best talen. Demonstrated negotiation skills are required. Experience successful participating in and completing other HR projects as assigned.
