$40M Technology Consulting Firm based in Northern VA

COMPANY: Our client is a 4-year old information technology consulting firm headquartered in the DC Metro Area with offices in Boston, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Northern New Jersey and New York. They have grown over 300% in the past 3 years!

POSITION: Managing a team of 5-8 IT Recruiters primarily for DC-based consulting positions. Although this company is a project-based consulting firm, they work at the speed/tempo of an agency?they are looking for recruiters who want to make a substantial piece of their earnings in commissions.
LOCATION: Tysons Corner, VA

SALARY: base 75-100K, + bonuses/overrides

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing recruiters in an IT consulting environment. Minimum of 8-10 years total experience in recruiting field.df-tc
