Description: Performs a variety of coordinative and administrative tasks in support of company-wide global recruiting efforts for multiple internal clients. Tasks may include support in implementing recruiting strategies, documenting processes and best practices, coordinating meetings with recruiting managers. Compiles and distributes staffing related materials to our internal clients on staffing activities and performs related office support functions as necessary; may also occasionally coordinate interview schedules. This position requires familiarity with general office practices and procedures. Incumbent may also perform routine clerical functions and assists with simple tasks following established policies. Works under supervision and work is closely reviewed.

REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

Maintain and revise recruiting project plan status and progress and track budgetary expenditures for 5 large business units on a weekly and/or monthly basis.

Coordinate with geographically separated recruiting assistants and recruiting managers to collect, record, validate and report recruiting activity globally.

Collaborate and liaise with project planners from various organizations to review hiring requirements throughout Latin America, Asia Pac and Europe.

Records, posts, distributes and/or updates information from various computer systems in support of international recruiting efforts.

Produces weekly and monthly staffing reports and presentations for various Divisional Vice Presidents using Excel, PowerPoint and possibly MS Access.

Reviews and analyzes Recruiting Operations reports related to current status of Non-U.S. positions tracked in the Applicant Tracking System.

May be asked to provide moderately complex administrative support during recruiting material and report preparation.

Establishes and maintains electronic and hard-copy files in accordance with predetermined standards.

May review and proofread recruiting and/or training materials for accuracy and thoroughness.

May provide office support as necessary including processing paperwork in an efficient manner according to set procedures.

Monitor and reports progress of projects and communicate updates to staffing director.

Defines, communicates and analyzes reporting, metrics and measurements for programs.df-tc
