Experience/Skills
Qualifications:

IT recruiting - 2-3 yrs exp.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in Staffing function) required.
Previous experience should include: maintenance of relationships with client/ customer base, database management, accurate production of MIS, demonstrated performance in a high volume environment, problem solving and troubleshooting of issues, and formal delivery of presentations.
Strong verbal/ written communication abilities.
Effective interpersonal and influence management skills.
Proven analytical/ problem solving abilities, quality orientation and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and follow up skills and the ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a high-volume environment.
Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently.
Team oriented with the ability to flex in support of the work style, timelines, and deliverables of team members.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
Advanced skills w/ MS Word & Excel required and access preferred
Prior experience with staffing database/ applicant tracking systems preferred.
Prior experience in staffing/ procurement a plus.
