Description
Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Contract to Perm Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Providence, RI.

Job Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for driving and managing the full life cycle recruiting process. Work closely with hiring managers to define and qualify requirements and to design and implement recruiting strategies. Source, screen and evaluate quality candidates. Facilitate the interview and selection process, offer negotiation and closing. Track and analyze hiring data and trends and maintain and present recruiting reports.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience (preferably both corporate and agency)
  • Experience using formal applicant tracking systems, preferably experience with Vurv (Recruitmax)
  • Ability to manage complex requisition load of 20-25 requirements

    Desired Skills:
  • Healthcare Recruiting experience

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree

    Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  • AIRS Certified highly desired
