Job Description / Responsibilities:

As a "Recruiting Specialist you will be responsible for following

Source & submit potential candidates matching our current openings.

Screen candidates, negotiate salary, coordinate interviews, and complete relevant documentation.



Candidate Profile:

Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in an IT Consulting (International) Firm / Company

*
Should be able to recruit IT talent, through online job boards

*
Successful track record in technical recruitment

*
Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment


*
Should be very well conversant with the latest IT Technologies

*
Should have excellent communication skills

*
Should be willing to work in shifts

*
Should be able to achieve recruitment targets
