Regional VP of Sales - Southeast

Manage a team of Regional Sales managers in the Coordinates and supports supervisory positions in sales operations and provides direction for development of new accounts. Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, engineering and/or technical support functions of the company. Maintains and ensures profit and loss responsibility for the region.

- A bachelor degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- Ten or more years of related experience are required.
- Supervisory and coaching skills are a must. Relationship management is required. Understanding of the application, infrastructure, and managed services environment is a must. Understanding of drivers of business success from the customer?s perspective is necessary.

Key criteria are:

1. Understands sales process, mentoring and sales force leadership.
2. Understands Southeast marketplace and infrastructure technology
3. Has relationships with some some infrastructure partners such as EMC, Sun, Cisco, and HP
4. Track record of hitting Numbers in a high paced, high volume environment. Can open doors and perform some selling.df-tc
