THIS POSITION REQUIRES 80% EXTENDED REGIONAL OVERNIGHT TRAVEL. READ NO FURTHER IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DO THAT.
THIS POSITION WILL BE HEADQUARTERED OUT OF THE METRO NEW YORK CITY REGION
Responsibilities
Provide technical sales support to sales engineers, dealers/integrators and end users.
Identify customer?s needs and work with customer to provide the right solution for their business.
Provide technical hands-on support for product demonstrations, tradeshows and customer evaluations.
Provide follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications.
Provide feedback on competitive positioning and market tactics

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales engineering, network design and customer relations. Must have strong knowledge of IP and Ethernet Networks, Servers, Desktops, various Windows OS's, Applications.
Excellent presentation skills.
Must be self-motivated and well organized.
Must have excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities
MCSE and Cisco Certifications strongly preferred.df-tc
