MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must meet the following minimum qualifications:
1.Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, with a system of similar size and complexity, for a Health or Human Services Agency. A project of similar size is defined as meeting the following minimum specifications:
A.Medium to large scale (1/2 terabyte to multi-terabyte) in the database.
B.Multi-host, multi-tier client/server database.
C.1,500 programs and 4 million lines of code.
D.One thousand (1,000) users or more.
pletion of Advanced WinRunner Test Suite (version 7.5 or higher) training, within the past three years, documentary proof of the completion of this training must be presented if called for an interview.
3.Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) years, developing, executing and maintaining automated regression tests using WinRunner by Mercury Interactive, the automated test tool currently used by the LEADER Project, versions 5 thru 8, including the use of subroutines to create scenarios.
4.Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, developing lifecycle testing (i.e., unit testing, system testing, acceptance testing, regression testing, etc.).
5.Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, with a relational database such as DB2, Unisys RDMS.
6.Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, providing technical training, including WinRunner, to at least six (6) people.
7.Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, with Access database software, for purposes of developing regression test reports.
8.Six (6) months experience coding in COBOL and online screen builder languages, such as Power Builder, BMS, Assembler, etc.
