Description
Obtain regulatory approvals (Homologation) for our clientâ??s wireless telecom products. Perform pre-testing as and when required and support testing at accredited laboratories. Interact with worldwide Telecom regulatory agencies to complete the approval process. Participate in planning phases for new products to identify legal requirements and key marketing requirements as they pertain to regulatory compliance. Work closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure that the products are designed and tested to meet RF, EMC and Safety Homologation requirements worldwide. Manage and track Homologation schedules to support global sales efforts. Monitor and communicate changes in standards and processes to Engineering and Operations.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Requires:
B.S.E.E. or similar.
3+ years of experience in dealing with worldwide regulatory agencies to obtain type approvals for RF/telecom/networking products is a must. Familiarity with FCC and EU telecom directives and harmonized standards is required. Thorough understanding of telecom interfaces, test equipments and test procedures is a prerequisite for the job. Position potentially involves some traveling.
