Description
As Quality Assurance and Control Specialist, you will be responsible to complete reviews to monitor operation management completion of defined management audit control. Visit offices and perform independent testing of applications, loan documentation and other work products. Report results of audit testing and management response using Quality Assurance and Compliance (QAC) reporting tools and spreadsheets. Support relationship and operation management in implementation of training in policy and compliance areas including audit, document review, company policies and regulatory guidelines. Support QAC, relationship, and operation management in other related issues as necessary.

Experience/Skills
  • Three years proven audit, compliance or operations experience within a sales environment, or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related field
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages
