Description
- Facilitate centralized communication and tracking of IT production events across the enterprise.

- Process and approve production change requests.

- Monitor changes to the infrastructure and mission-critical applications to ensure protection of software assets

- Provide guidance and enforcement of Change Management best practices and standards to enhance the overall quality of products and services throughout the enterprise.

- Review Enterprise Technologies and other IT Infrastructure Support group's change procedures and make recommendations for improvements.

- Participates and/or supports the development, configuration, testing, implementation and maintenance of change and configuration management systems tools.

- Knowledge of Change, Configuration & Release Management best practices on multiple environment (Windows, UNIX, Cisco environments)

- General understanding of Client Server Architecture, Network and Distributed Applications

- Prefer experience creating workflow models

- Experience with development processes preferred

- Strong organization skills, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Detail oriented

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- PC proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Windows, and MS Project
