Description
Genesis10 is looking for a Release Manager for a major client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Work can be performed in either Charlotte or Newark, Delaware. In this role, you must have Release Management experience and have experience leading a matrixed team. Understanding of the Bank processes and E-Commerce experience is a plus! Will be required to work weekends for the releases once a month. Must be located in Charlotte or Delaware.

- Communicate dates to all sides.
- Set expectations for overall release.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Required Skills/Experience:
- Release Management experience.
- Strong communication skills to communicate to all sides of the house. Must be able to be firm, but provide a level a tact with the communication.
- Must be decisive and able to handle stressful environments.
- Experience leading a matrixed team.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Understanding of the Bank processes is a major plus.
- E-Commerce experience is a plus.
