Your responsibilities will include:


  • Interacting with and assisting members who submit content
  • Reviewing submissions to ensure quality is met
  • Collaborating with contributors to solve problems
  • Assisting with release management tasks

Experience/Skills

  • 3+ years related work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Experience driving one or more cross-group projects
  • Ability to read and write code in one or more programming language
  • Knowledge of the software development cycle
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio Team Foundation Server is preferred
  • Familiarity with Product Studio is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile software methodologies is preferred (Scrum)
