Resposibilities to include:*Analyze reliability of current design using Relex and identifying part operation conditions*Work directly with Engineers to improve reliability of design*Define subsystem reliability test plans; identify sample size, data collection method, equipment and activities.

Requirements:

*Must have a BS degree or higher degree in Engineering Discipline.*BS minimum 10 + years, MS - 8 + years experience in Engineering* Minimum 3 years experience in Reliability Engineering of Electronics and Electromechanical systems.*Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in designing test beds, troubleshooting, performing tests and analyzing test results.*Experience in reliability analysis and modeling using RELEX software or equivalent is required *Knowledge of reliability standards such as MIL 217F is required.*Candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional team, have good necotiation and communication skills (oral and written) *Candidate must be a self-starter and able to work with other Engineers and test Technicians, and resolve conflicts.Local candidate highly preferredContract duration 6 + months
