Job Description:

As part of the product development group you would lead the reliability and FA test plan. This would involve working closely with the project leaders, manufacturing team, characterization, and FA. Key objectivities would be to find the failure modes, determine products life expectancy and with statistical confidence determine failure rates.

Management of the reliability lab both equipment and resources will need to be maintained. New product introductions will require improvement, expansion and optimization of test fixtures and stressing methods.




Job requirements:

BS Physics, EE, Materials Science Minimum,
Software: General Microsoft Office,
3+ years as Reliability and FA engineer for high power packages
Solid communication skills both verbal as well as written
Project planning and management skills are a must


Desired skills:

MS/PhD Helpful
2+ years in LED packaging
Strong background on materials used in high power packaging
High volume mfg background or experience
MS Project
