Description
Responsibilities/ Job Description:
Manage reliability engineering associated with the development and production of ICs.
? Define qualification requirements for new devices, processes and packages
? Establish, schedule and maintain reliability monitors
? Coordinate component failure analysis
? Perform or review burn-in and HAST board design
? Manage reliability activity at outside labs and subcontractors, as well as in-house.
? Work with design organization to incorporate reliability improvements in design process.
? Interface with sales team and customers to resolve issues.
? Building the models used to determine product reliability (FITs, MTBF, TDDB, ?)
? Document reliability and failure analysis procedures and systems
? Prioritize reliability and failure analysis activity.
? Interpret Acoustic Tomography results, and clarify to engineering and customers.
? Report reliability and FA results as completed and corporate summary

Required
? 5+ years reliability engineering experience in IC development and manufacturing
? B.S. / M.S. degree in E.E., Physics, or Material Science.
? A successful track record of managing and/or implementing the reliability activities for a corporation with multiple product offerings, including package, process and product qualifications .
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred
? Experience with FA techniques and equipment.
? Advanced degree or CRE credentials.
? Database experiencedf-tc
