Tier One Technologies, LLC, an information technology company, provides highly skilled computer technology professionals and software project solutions to major and emerging private sector companies throughout the United States. We similarly service the public sector and its primary contractors including defense related business.



The Sr. Remedy Administrator is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the Remedy system including administration, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, training, and documentation. Provides daily support for 280+ users. Gathers system requirements for multiple user groups and implements enhancements based on those requirements to increase efficiency within the organization. The Sr. Remedy Administrator must be Certified in the Remedy Skilled Professional program and be proficient with a variety of Remedy concepts, best practices and procedures.
Must have at least 3 years of experience of Remedy development with version 5 and higher. Needs to display decision making capabilities to prioritize demands of multiple organizations and to plan and accomplish goals. Design, develop and deploy reports as necessary.
Education and Technical Certification:

College degree or equivalent work experience required.
Must be energetic and self-motivated with the ability to efficiently organize and manage several tasks at the same time.
Remedy Skilled Professional (RSP) certification or equivalent experience (3+ years as an Administrator).
Crystal Reports experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of Windows NT/Windows 2000 security architecture.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and organizational skills.
Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with business customers, teammates and management.
Training/presentation skills
Proven leadership ability
Database knowledge a plus (preferably Oracle), but not required.
Scripting knowledge a plus, but not required.
