HERES WHAT WE NEED

A Remedy Administrator for Help Desk, Change Management, and Asset Management modules of Remedy. This person will work closely with the remedy application developers to support customization of the tool. The tool administrator plans, coordinates and implements the product upgrades and maintenance, troubleshoot system related problems, and will be responsible for the overall availability of the tools infrastructure and the environment. Other responsibilities include maintain the tools roadmaps, presenting technical briefing to the support staff, developers and the management.

Experience/Skills
3+ Years Remedy ARS server administration and development experience
6+ Years of general IT experience
Strong Application development background
Strong system administration skills (Unix/Windows)
Scripting experience (Batch/Perl/Shell)
Experience with crystal reports is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
