Position Description The candidate should possess expert technical knowledge of all facets of the Remedy application, including but not limited to engineering, architecture, and troubleshooting.Installation and configuration of software.Ensuring software monitoring is in place and that procedures, documentation, and training is provided to enable the operations Center and Help Desk to isolate diagnose, escalate and resolve issues.Ensuring service level monitoring and reporting is in place for the software environments.Performance tuning of application software package. Production support for software related production problems.Determining the necessary file systems to be configured and created with the Platform Engineering team. Working with development teams to establish coding standards.Establishing a standard set of supported software packages for development. Must be willing to work in a 24 by 7 environment and be part of an on call rotation No third partiesWe do not sponsorLocal candidates only
