Job description: US CITIZENS ONLYThis position requires extensive experience designing and deploying Remedy applications. Candidate must have project experience both extending Remedy's packaged solutions and building custom applications using the Action Request System. Remedy Approved Consultant certification is a plus; Remedy Skilled Professional certification minimum. Outstanding customer relations and interpersonal skills are a must. Project management experience is a plus. The work requires Service Management requirements development, business process definition design, and implementation for help desk, customer relationship management, asset management, change management, and custom business processes. - Three or more years of project experience with Remedy ARS - Familiarity with one nor more major operating systems - Windows Server 2000, Solaris, Linux. - Working knowledge of one or more major database platforms - Microsoft SQL, Oracle, or Sybase. - 1-2 Years web design - 1-2 years Java scripting -Security clearance preferredYou may apply directly with ?id=3699004df-tc
