Description
A technology company located in Morristown, NJ seeks a candidate to work either full-time or on a contract (your choice) as a Senior Level Remedy consultant. Looking for someone a with proven record in Remedy projects.
The successful candidate for this position will develop, implement, administer and maintain Remedy applications in a fast paced environment. Be actively involved in the full software development cycle. Research and formally document user requirements, outline design, develop program specifications, code, perform unit testing, prepare system documentation, and implement new or revised applications.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to work with business users and help in training them. Demonstrate capability to self-direct and self-motivate on a technical project given time, scope, and resource constraints.
Be proficient in identifying issues that arise. Support business needs by troubleshooting problems and resolving them in a timely manner. Apply experience and knowledge of Remedy to assist in the implementation of projects and in enhancing functionality or upgrading current systems.

Experience/Skills
Job Requirements:
** Demonstrated proficiency with implementation Remedy ITSM Suite including Service desk, Asset Management, Change Management, DSO, Flashboards, SLM, MidTier ... must have v7.x experience
** Experience with Remedy CMDB 2.x required
** Experience integrating Remedy with other management systems required
** Technical and functional knowledge of call center, asset management and custom applications
** Additional experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Visual Basic, C desired
** Experience developing Crystal Reports or Actuate desired
** Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
** RAC Certified preferred
** BA/BS or equivalent required
