Job Description: Systems Analyst
This position is responsible for requirements definition for the implementation of ITIL service management processes.This includes working with customers and developers to deliver a solution which meets the business needs.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years development experience including experience in a CMMII level 3+ organizations.
Position level is dependent on candidate’s level of experience.

Primary Experience:


  • 2+ years experience as a systems analyst
  • 3+ years structured analysis and design
  • Experience implementing a COTS package
  • 2+ years developer experience
  • Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management processes
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills


    Secondary Experience:

  • UAT Test plan development
  • 1+ years Remedy design, configuration, and integration
  • Process Reengineering, Data analysis
  • Winrunner
  • Oracle, SQL
  • End User Training
  • TQM, Six Sigma

    Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or related discipline
