Description
Review all arriving Remedy tickets for proper routing
- Contact the originator to ensure all information is correct and the problem is clearly defined

- Coordinate with Tier 3 resources for support in resolution - for tickets needing escalation

- Assign tickets to SMAB, SAN, T2 or Infrastructure team as required for resolution

- For tickets that appear to require projects to be initiated, coordinate with the System Admin and/or Infrastructure team leads

- Tier 2 will continue to monitor all tickets for currency of status and work logs

- Provide weekly status and activity reports on Remedy ticket activities
