Trasys, Inc recently ranked on the INC 500 list of fastest growing private companies, is seeking multiple Remote Customer Trainers for opportunities in Dayton, OH.

Requirement Description:
Under general supervision and mentoring, provides remote basic training for software applications used in automotive dealerships. Phone or internet-based training is delivered following established processes. Makes initial contact with dealership to review process and ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing support and problem resolution.

Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills. Maintain and increase personal knowledge of products and solutions. Work as part of a team to deliver training and continuously find ways to improve training offerings. Display high level of enthusiasm. Able to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans. Perform administrative functions as required.

Minimum professional experience required working in other positions that prepares associate to perform the work for this position. Understanding of basic accounting principles of debits and credits.

Required / Desired Skills:
- Associates degree/technical certification in computer-related/business field
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Customer Service or training experience
- Automotive experience
- Basic accounting understanding of debits and credits
