Robert Half Technology has an ongoing opportunity for a Help Desk analyst who has 2 + years experience providing remote phone support in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SQL and Crystal reports. The candidate for this position must be able to work flexible hours including some weekends.

Experience/Skills
Ideal candidate will have experience with remotely troubleshooting and resolving technical issues over the phone for client dealerships within a Windows 2000/2003 Terminal Server environment, involving Dell PowerEdge server support, Fortinet firewall configuration, tape backups management and network printer setup experience is preferred.
