Remote Service Technician - Help Desk, AV, Polycom, Tandberg

Do you have help desk type of support experience for AV equipment? If so, please read on!

What skills are most important for this position:
- Strong audio-visual knowledge base
- Tandberg Certified is preferred
- Cisco background a major .
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
- Previous work experience (2 years.) in a Call Center/Help Desk environment
- Ability to keep your composure under tough circumstances
- Multi-tasker and very quick learner
- Can work well independently as this will often be a "one person show"
- Excellent customer service skills

What you'll be doing:
- Onsite troubleshooting and 2nd level support
- Preventative maintenance on Audio Visual rooms.
- Diagnostic support/trouble ticket resolution
- Log in and resolve many phone complaints
- Special projects as assigned by management team.
