Remote Service Technician - Help Desk, AV, Polycom, Tandberg

Do you have help desk type of support experience for AV equipment? If so, please read on!

What skills are most important for this position:
Strong audio-visual knowledge base
Tandberg Certified is preferred
Cisco background a major .
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
Previous work experience (2 years) in a Call Center/Help Desk environment
Ability to keep your composure under tough circumstances
Multi-tasker and very quick learner
Can work well independently as this will often be a "one person show"
Excellent customer service skills

What you'll be doing:
Onsite troubleshooting and 2nd level support
Preventative maintenance on Audio Visual rooms.
Diagnostic support/trouble ticket resolution
Log in and resolve many phone complaints
Special projects as assigned by management team.
