Description
CDI has an exciting opportunity availble, we are looking for a remote techncal support person. this person must be able to work in a dynamic team environment, possess good decision making skills, and is able to multi-task while talking to the customer. should be comfortable with communicating and understanding the Austin Offshift Team work environment.
Specific shift and work schedules will be assigned by Vendor Management. must be flexible to changing schedules that are determined by business needs. The Business Unit operates 24 by 7, 365 days a year should be able to work in a constantly changing customer/product environment and embrace direct customer interaction. Offshift and/or weekend work may be required, with minimal to no additional personnel available (standalone work) during offshift work hours. Must be able to lift lab equipment (not to exceed 40 pounds) and access lab equipment in closed areas. Quality call monitoring is a requirement of the position to be filled.df-tc
