Title: Repair Technician
Duration: contract to hire
Location: Ontario, CA, 91761

We are currently looking for a full-time in-house repair technician to provide world-class service to our customer base. This position is responsible for repair and maintenance of HP and IBM laptops, desktops, and servers focusing on laptops. The candidate will diagnose and resolve hardware / software issues as well as custom configuration. Candidate must have good mechanical and deductive reasoning skills.

Successful candidate will be required to have an A+ certification, IBM site ID, and HP certification on various laptops with a minimum of 5 years experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues or a degree in Computer Science and 2 years of experience. A high degree of analytical skills is desired, as well as the ability to diagnose, resolve, and clearly articulate an issue and determine a desired action/resolution.
