JOB SUMMARY
The Report Analyst for Sales Support identifies and analyzes critical areas of improvement within the International Sales department. He/She makes recommendations to address business performance issues and takes advantage of marketing opportunities. He/She designs and maintains reports to improve the knowledge base for senior management decisions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BS in Mathematics or Computer Science Preferred
- Strong experience using MS Excel and Access for reporting purposes
- Advanced knowledge of database design principles and works with users to define requirements.
- In-depth trend analysis experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with all levels of management

JOB DUTIES
- Identifies and Analyzes Critical Business Shortfalls -Runs queries to obtain sales data for analysis from various sources (e.g., Data Warehouse [DWH], Siebel TEAMS, Business
Information and Analysis [BIA], etc.). -Works with cross-functional leaders to identify and obtain data required to analyze business and sales performance. -Proactively analyzes data from multiple sources to identify and understand root causes of business/sales performance issues. -Analyzes alternative courses of action and their potential impact on results and broader implications to formulate recommendations. -Presents results of analysis and makes recommendations to address business shortfalls.

- Supports Development of New Sales Tools and Initiatives -Works with cross-functional leaders to identify and define parameters of short-term sales initiatives. -Participates in collaboration with International Marketing to identify metrics to assess the success of short-term sales initiatives. -Conducts analyses of performance data to assess success of short-term sales initiatives. -Communicates with international regions on a regularly scheduled basis to review results of initiatives.

- Manages Weekly Senior Management Reports -Develop Weekly Senior Management report (dashboard) to provide key sales data and metrics (e.g., sales volume, revenue, sales funnel information, staffing numbers, sales performance metrics, etc.) to the International Sales senior management. -Maintain, update, and enhance dashboard to summarize the sales data that is being tracked. -Devise automation (e.g., macros, etc.) to standardize report creation and reduce time needed for updating. -Recommends dashboard enhancements to improve value of information provided.df-tc
