Report AnalystLocation: Poway, CAJob Description: First Advantage CREDCO is seeking a Report Analyst to join our Chase Account Management Team in Poway, CA. Fundamental to the success of this position is the ability to collect, analyze, manipulate and present data using industry standard tools The selected individual will focus on data integrity and reporting initiatives in support of simple to complex departmental or corporate goals as defined by the Director. Specific responsibilities will include:* Responsible for creation and maintenance of several key technical and financial reports. Data analysis & reporting (both operational & financial in nature). * Accepting and defining requirements, review provided data sources, assemble the applicable elements, analyze and interpret, and create required reports * Develops a strong understanding of how data is captured in the system, identify areas for improvement, and develop best practices on how to maintain the integrity of data* Performs routine analysis of data, identifies exceptions and works with operations team to resolve* Assist with the tracking and reporting of quantitative measures of product performance from prospect through retention initiatives.* Define, create and produce timely reports and analysis of key project metrics.* Performs quality monitoring of customer contacts, web site availability and data* Develop and maintain reports in areas including call center performance, mailing, systems, enrollment activity, membership trends, invoicing, key performance indicators and projectionsRequirements* Position requires a four-year degree and 4 years progressive experience with reporting/business intelligence/data analysis * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills* Two (2) years of experience in an analytical or quantitative position * Possess an understanding of business financial principles including capital, expense, one-time vs. ongoing costs and depreciation. Should have strong mathematical and/or reasoning skills Extensive use of spreadsheets, databases, and reporting software to meet reporting needs* Detail oriented with skill to obtain high level or general summaries * Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment * Ability to understand and evaluate complex processes for reporting purposes * Key Competencies: Data Analysis; Report Writing; Action Oriented; Communication Skills; Planning, Organizing, Coordinating; Customer Focus; Cross-Group Collaborationdf-tc
