SUMMARY
We have an immediate need for a Reporting Analyst position. You will be responsible for the daily operational support, configuration and administration of the logistics reporting environment. You will be well versed in the business requirements definition process and develop reports within a structured and project-managed approach. It will be important to be able to work effectively as a team and with the business community.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned).
* Design, implement, maintain SQL 2005/2008 queries and reports
* Develop and administer content within a MOSS framework to include Web pages and document management
* Gather and define business requirements
* Use analytical skills to resolve problems as they arise
* Develop Use Cases
* Understand the concepts of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and build a TCO analysis
* Define and execute RFIs and RFPs when requested
* Able to work with vendors and suppliers to obtain information, clarify capabilities, and determine probabilities of success
* Knowledge and experience working in a structured project environment with a large company with formal processes, procedures, and environments

* Ability to develop reports and analytical tools using SQL Reporting Services
* Ability to build and leverage OLAP data cubes
* Ability to be able to build Use Cases and apply to the defined solution set.
* Conduct RFI/RFP Analysis and make recommendations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
* 5 years experience designing/supporting enterprise-scale server environment.
* BA/BS or equivalent work experience required.
* Experience in a structured project environment is required
* Demonstrated use of analytical thinking/problem solving is required
* Previous experience in the Energy sector is a plus.
* Experience in larger company environments will be helpful.
* Experience in a team environment will be helpful.df-tc
