We have an immediate need for a Reporting / Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
Potential ???Temp to Hire??? assignment ??? Charlotte, NC



Years Experience 6-9 years



* Functional role responsible for working on Data Consolidation and Report Integration Project in Human Resources not IT *.



Key responsibilities will include: data requirements gathering and documentation; quality and security design and implementation; participation in overall functional design; testing; work with designing and implementation of future state user experience and support structure.



REQUIRED

a. 4 year degree in Computer/Information Science, Systems, Engineering or Equivalent Science

b. HR systems/data elements, data hubs, HR data laws, HR data concepts

c. Strong oral & written communication skills with focus on diverse audiences

d. Effective time management with strong ethic of pushing to completion

e. Ability to read and understand process flows

f. Strong trouble shooting, cause/effect skills and finding solutions

g. Ability to multi-task and take on multiple assignments/projects

h. Well versed in Microsoft SQL Server and Transactional SQL development

i. Strong team player



DESIRED

a. Negotiation skills

b. Eye for details and big picture

c. Understanding of solution development methodology

d. Knowledge/understanding of customer???s systems, IT security standards, and fundamental architecture

e. Knowledge of HR functional areas, the HR transactional systems and how data is leveraged

f. Systems and data consulting experience

g. Understanding of SDLC 5+ years experience in some combination of data architecture, data modeling, relational databases, data oversight and integrity
